Arrival and Dismissal Procedures

A.G. Elder Elementary Drop Off and Pick-Up Procedures

MORNING DROP OFF:

Enter back parking lot and go through the gates to drop off your student. Staff will be present.  Parents do not need to exit their vehicles. Students should be ready to exit the vehicle.  

AFTERNOON PICK-UP:

Parents enter back parking lot, snake through staff cars following the flow of the arrows, and enter gate to back of school. Vehicles are to stay in a single file line then form two lines to enter gate.

STUDENTS WILL NOT BE DISMISSED WITHOUT THEIR DISMISSAL CARD DISPLAYED IN WINDOW OF VEHICLE. 

If you do not have a dismissal card for your student, you may either:

                 * Go to the front office with your ID and purchase a new card for $1

                 * Go to the front office with your ID.  Your student will be called to front office for dismissal.

Our school day ends at 3:15pm.  Please be here no later than 3:30pm to pick up your student.
