Howdy Elder families! I am Kim Cassidy and I am thrilled to be joining A.G. Elder Elementary as the Principal for the   2022-23 school year! Prior to coming to JISD, I served in Burleson ISD for 16 years as a teacher, Dyslexia specialist,     and assistant principal. I also taught in May ISD and Cross Plains ISD as well; before moving to Burleson. I am   married to Kevin, a speech therapist in BISD; and together we have two sons, Kayden(22yrs) and Kyndall(17yrs). I enjoy baking, reading, and all things sports!

I look forward to partnering with Elder families to provide the best possible educational experience for our students. At Elder, we are committed to individual student growth which in turn allows us to live by the JISD mission: Joshua ISD will be a highly acclaimed model of educational excellence!
